1st rehearsal begins at 5:00 P.M. sharp. Participants Arrive at 4:30 P.M. sharp. - Crowns, scepters, petticoats, headpieces needed.

4:00 P.M. Costumes can be brought to the auditorium

3:00 P.M. Jazz Extensions practice

4:00 P.M. Teenage Dancer practice.

Light dinner served compliments of the Krewe. Everyone must exit at 7:00 P.M. at the latest, to avoid overtime costs.

Deadline to request wristbands for underage guests at Royalty and Floor tables for Ball night. (Dates of maids, Special Characters, Queen, Lady Edith and brothers and sisters of court who are at least 16) turn in name, photo ID# and table # are due to Maggie Justus.

Stage chairs and stools. Sound, mike, lights ready for 4:30 P.M.

Caterer to have table cloths on assigned tables - Table numbers, cups, programs needed.

Full costume rehearsal at 6:00 P.M. sharp. Limited ticket sales for this rehearsal at $20.00 each.

Everyone must exit the building by 8:00 P.M. sharp to avoid overtime costs.
