Monday, November 24, 2025

• Royal Court (King, Queen, Sir K, Lady Edith, Special Characters, Maids & Dukes) Tickets forms are due.

 

Wednesday, November 26, 2025 

• Krewe Tickets forms due.

 

Thursday, January 15  2026

• Ticket pick up date.  4:30 to 6:30 P.M.- City Club

• Cloisonnes, T-shirt, food orders, parade.

 

Friday, January 30, 2026

• Dukes Cocktail Party  (by invitation only)

 

Ball Week Begins

 

Sunday, February 1, 2026

• Past Queen and Lady Edith’s Luncheon (by invitation only).

• 2:00 P.M.  Rehearsal at Gerami’s Dance Studio - Info to follow, but definitely King, Queen, Sirk Kenneth, Lady Edith, and Royalty Attendants.

• 3:30 P.M. Rehearsal at Gerami’s Dance Studio-Special Characters and Attendants, Maids, Dukes and Jr. Attendants

 

 

Monday, February 2, 2026

• Past King’s Coronation Dinner – (by invitation only)

 

Tuesday, February 3, 2026

• Set up begins.

• Meeting with auditorium techs for sound, lights, script review.  Carolyn, Darrellyn, Jim, Katherine, Maggie, Paula. 

• 5:30 P.M. Dukes Practice at the Heymann

Wednesday, February 4, 2026

• 1st rehearsal begins at 5:00 P.M. sharp.  Participants Arrive at 4:30 P.M. sharp. - Crowns, scepters, petticoats, headpieces needed. 

• 4:00 P.M. Costumes can be brought to the auditorium

• 3:00 P.M.  Jazz Extensions practice

• 4:00 P.M. Teenage Dancer practice.

• Light dinner served compliments of the Krewe.  Everyone must exit at 7:00 P.M. at the latest, to avoid overtime costs.

• Deadline to request wristbands for underage guests at Royalty and Floor tables for Ball night. (Dates of maids, Special Characters,  Queen, Lady Edith and brothers and sisters of court who are at least 16) turn in name, photo ID# and table # are due to Maggie Justus.

 

 

Thursday, February 5, 2026

• Setup complete.  TV monitor in place, floor tables in place by 3:00 P.M.  

• Stage chairs and stools.  Sound, mike, lights ready for 4:30 P.M.

• Caterer to have table cloths on assigned tables - Table numbers, cups, programs needed.

• Full costume rehearsal at 6:00 P.M. sharp.  Limited ticket sales for this rehearsal at $20.00 each.

• Everyone must exit the building by 8:00 P.M. sharp to avoid overtime costs.

 

Friday, February 6, 2026

• Caterer to have tables clothed by 8:00 A.M.  

• 8:00 A.M. - Decorating committee begins - Runners, cups, programs, table numbers.

• Queen’s Luncheon – (by invitation only).

• All participants arrive by 6:00 P.M.- Full makeup and hair

• Family Night Ball and DJ Party – 7:00 P.M. – tickets $25  

• Doors closed to the public at 7:00 P.M. until the end of the pageant.

• Key personnel to be present – security, photographer

• 2026 Royalty and Families presented.

•  DJ Party with a photo booth to follow pageant until 10:30 P.M.

 

Saturday, February 7, 2026

• Caterer to have tables clothed by 8:00 A.M.  

• 8:00 A.M. - Decorating committee begins - Runners, cups, programs, table numbers.

• All participants arrive by 7:00 P.M.- Full makeup and hair

• Ball Night starts at 8:00 PM

• Doors close at 8:00 P.M. until the end of the pageant.

• Three Krewe only call out dances after the pageant.

• Band  after pageant until 1:00 A.M.

• Breakfast served 10:30 P.M. – 12:00 A.M. on site.
